She is energetic, smart, a formidable negotiator, tieless, and will go that extra mile for her client. She also cares and would call us just to check in before and after the closing. She solicited my input every step and discussed strategy with me before approaching the other side and kept me in the loop. Since she is also a mortgage broker and acts as both seller’s and buyer’s agent, she has a very good overall view and understanding of the various steps of the transaction. Pramjit, PJ for short as she prefers, is an extremely knowledgeable and capable person in her multiple fields of work, expertise, and interest. We needed a person to assist us in the search and purchase of a home. PJ is not only a real estate agent but a broker as well. She spent three hours assisting us to get our financial requirements and papers in order. She gave us helpful advice. She spends hours studying the market and financial trends simply because she likes them and is interested in them. PJ is warm, personable, and caring. (Not that this is required in her field. Just good on the human level.) In the end, we ended up purchasing a mobile home in Benicia. Unfortunately, she does not work in the field of mobile homes. Was she upset or angry? No! She called to see if everything was going well for us and to congratulate us! Now, this is the kind of person you want to assist you in your search. PJ deals in million-dollar homes in SF and the surrounding areas but was more than willing to give us her time and efforts. And we were senior citizens searching for something in the $200k range. I highly recommend PJ to anyone!

I highly recommend PJ. She’s very knowledgeable and gets the best rates (she helped me with my home purchase and subsequent refinance). She also helped my wife and I find our first home for a great price in the Peninsula despite it being a “Seller’s Market.” Her customer service is incredible. She listened to what we were looking for and managed our expectations very well (it was tough going in this Seller’s Market for a while) and we ultimately got a great home for a great price. And, as this was my first home, she helped me every step of the way including getting my appraisal and inspection done while answering all my (sometimes) foolish questions along the way. She negotiates on your behalf like a bulldog and presents your offers in a way that seems to win bids despite perhaps not being the highest offer. She closes escrow quickly and always seems to develop a great rapport with the other agent. PJ has also helped my parents with loans for the better part of 3 decades and they have nothing but amazing things to say about her.
